PAYMENT TERMS AND INVOICING

The available method payments on our platform are:

•         Credit card on secure circuit Visa, Mastercard, Postepay, count Paypal;
•         PayPal;
•         Satispay;
•         Advance Bank Transfer;
•         Countersign;

By bank transfer, the order will be processed upon receipt of the bank transfer on c.a. Messina Vivai, after the order, will be sent all data for the payment and like reason bank, you must indicate the order number assigned during the purchase.

For shipping, the bank transfer receipt can be sent by PEC to messinavivai@pec.it, clearly indicating the order number or name of Customer, to which it refers.

Cash on delivery payment must be agreed and is not accepted for amounts exceeding € 250.00, the customer guarantees to pay the goods at the time of delivery by cash to the courier with an additional cost indicated during the payment phase.

Further forms of payments will be agreed in advance with authorization.

Invoicing

For each sale of products, the buyer will be able to access his invoice, which will be:

• included in the package that will be delivered to him;
• sent by e-mail upon confirmation of the order;
• accessible in your personal account in case of a specific request to seller.

For the issuance of the invoice, shall prevail the information provided by the Customer at the time of the order. No change in the invoice will be possible, after its issue.
