SHIPPING AND DELIVERY TIME

By Messina Vivai you can buy online, by mail or phone with the maximum trust, we guarantee excellent quality plants and we offer an express and effective shipping service, relying on good couriers such as SDA and GLS according to the destination placed.

All payments are on a secure server and data managed in total confidential.

Shipments are made, from Monday to Friday, and will be delivered approximately 2 to 5 working days later the shipping date, throughout Italy.

All orders received from Monday to Thursday will be processed in the three following working day, save cases major force, while the order received from Friday to Sunday, will be processed from the following Monday to Wednesday.

Shipments are made with tracking system, by SDA or GLS sites is possible to view the tracking of your orders.

Deliveries are made only on weekdays, during daytime and exclusively on the street level.

For island or poor areas, shipments often take a few more days.

If the courier does not find the recipient at the indicated address, he will send the Customer an email/sms setting a second delivery attempt. The Customer can contact the courier’s company for personally collect the plant.

N.W. In case of non-delivery of the package sent, not due to non-compliance by Messina Vivai, the cost of a possible new shipment will be charged to the Customer.

Delivery terms shown on the order confirmation are valid only in normal condition, except delays due to major force not imputable to Messina Vivai.

In no case the Customers may claim compensation and/or indemnification for alleged direct or indirect damages due to delay in delivery and/or attributable to the courier, unless specific written with Messina Vivai.

Delivery times refer to products in stock, for other products will be communicated the delivery date by mail and/or phone.

Please note that since they are vegetable plants, the image of the data sheet product may not be perfectly representative of its characteristics.

Packaging

Messina Vivai guarantees that your plants arrive at your home in the same conditions in which they were shipped, in order not to compromise in any way the possibility of taking root, la quality of the product and using recyclable materials in accordance with our care for the environment.

We have designed a canned packaging so that your plants arrive intact at their destination, do not suffer stress or damage caused by any mistreatment by couriers and even in case of overturning, are not damaged or have soil or fertilizers leaks.

Our treatment and care of packaging, guarantee the survival of the plant in optimal conditions, up to more than 8 days from the moment of packaging.
